Is Studio Pass really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay $19.99 once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Studio Pass stays on your account for as long as Needle Nook offers the generators.
What is the difference between Studio Pass and the credit plan?
Studio Pass unlocks the full patterns, printing and saved projects, and includes 50 AI credits. The credit plan only adds AI credits: 300 each month for $9.99. You can have either one, or both.
What happens to unused AI credits?
Monthly plan credits reset to 300 on each paid invoice, so unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits from your free account and from Studio Pass do not expire. Monthly credits are used first.
How do I cancel the credit plan?
Open your account and choose Manage billing. The Stripe billing portal lets you cancel at any time; your plan credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need an account to try the generators?
No. You can try every generator without an account. You need a free account for the AI helper, and Studio Pass to print and save full patterns.
Does Studio Pass include Pattern Packs?
No. Pattern Packs are sold separately for $9.99 each, one time. A pack opens its own patterns in the full print view with or without Studio Pass, and buying a pack does not unlock the generators.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, which accepts major cards and, where available, wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
